Day to Day Itinerary
 
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu

Welcome at Tribhuwan International Airport and you will be transferred to your hotel by our representative. Brief information will be provided about the tour program. Dinner at hotel and overnight stay.

Day 02: Kathmandu Sightseeing 

After breakfast you will visit Pashupatinath, situated 5 km east of Kathmandu. The temple of Lord Shiva, Pathupatinath with its two-tiered golden roof and silver doors is considered one of the holiest Hindu shrines. You will then visit Boudhanath, which lies 3kms east of Pashupatinath. This ancient colossal Buddhist stupa is one of the biggest in the world. It was listed as a UNESCO Heritage Monument in 1979. After lunch you will proceed to Swayambhunath, one of the world's most glorious Buddhist chaityas. It is said to be 2000 years old. Painted on the four sides of the spire base are the all-seeing eyes of Lord Buddha. Next you will visit Kathmandu Durbar Square where you will see the Taleju Temple, built by King Mahendra Malla in 1549 A.D.; Kal Bhairav, the God of destruction; Nautale Durbar; Nasal Chowk; Gaddi Baithak; the statue of King Pratap Malla and the Jagannath. Once we complete the full day sightseeing, we will proceed to taste a typical Nepalese cuisine at Bhojan Griha. After having delicious dinner with the Nepalese cultural show, we then drive you to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 03: Half Day Bhatkapur and Nagarkot

After breakfast you will proceed for Patan Durbar Square located in the east part of Kathmandu Valley where you will observe the Golden Gate, the palace of Fifty five windows, the Art gallery, the Statue of Bhupatindra Malla, Nyatapola Temple and Vastala Temple. Both Patan Durbar Square and Bhaktapur Durbar Square were listed in UNESCO Heritage Monument in 1979. After having Lunch, you will again proceed to a popular hill station Nagarkot which is situated at the elevation of 7200 ft east from the Kathmandy valley. Nagarkot has been famous as one of the best spots to view Mount Everest as well as other snow-topped peaks of the Himalayan range of eastern Nepal. You may have an excellent view of the Indrawati river valley to the east. Then you can be ready for an outstanding Sunset and Himalayan views. Overnight stay at Nagarkot.

Day 04: Departure

It’s an experience not to be missed - wake up in the early morning to witness the beautiful sunrise outlook from the resort before breakfast serving. If the weather favors you, you will have spectacular views of eastern to middle range of Himalayas, gleaming with the first rays of light. It's marvelous! Then breakfast at hotel. Free until you are transferred to international airport for onward journey

Everest Gokyo Ri Trek

Gokyo Ri (5380m) is situated in the Khumbu or Everest region. Everest Gokyo Ri is located on the west side of the Ngozumpa glacier, the largest glacier in Nepal. Gokyo is a tiny settlement of few stone houses. Gokyo Ri is a base hilltop to observe the legendary Himalayas above 8000 meters Mount Everest,  Cho- Oyu, Nuptse and Lhotse.  The remote gokyo valley, greenish-blue lakes festival and moon-scape like glaciers count the Gokyo Ri trek valuable. Namche bazar  then follow the rivers run off from the Ngozumpa glacier to Machhermo.  We will be exploring  a string of cobalt blue lakes in the high mountain Gokyo valley. From Goyko RI a vantage point,  you will explore and be witness yourself of the 360 degree Himalayan panaroma where you observe the magnificence views of the 8000 meters legendray himalayas Mount Everest, Lohste, Nupste, Cho-oyu and Ama dablam.

This trekking route has been designed  for  those trekkers who do not have previous experience of trekking or summit climbing but enormous desire to observe over 8000 meters peaks from the nearest vantage point. This could be a fair challanging trek, trekkers only should have 6-7 hours daily walking  capacity and excellent courage to accomplish something perfectly.
 
 

Royal Trek of Annapurna Foothills
