Day to Day Itinerary
 
Day 01: Arrive Paro & Transfer To Wangduephodrang/Punakha

On your arrival you will be received our representative. And then visit Paro Dzong (also known as “Rinpung Dzong” is the venue for the annual paro Tsechu festival held every spring). National Museum (known as “Ta Dzong” since it has turned into National museum, was the watch tower of Paro dzong in 17th century) and transfer to Wangdiphodrang, the drive to Wangdiphodrang is about 5 hours from Paro via Dochula pass at 3150m (one can have a magnificent view of Eastern Himalayas on the clear weather from the pass). Further down hill drive from the pass will take you to the warm and humid valley of Wangdiphodrang. O/N at Wangdi Or Punakha.

Day 02:  Punakha - Thimphu

After breakfast in hotel, 1 and half hour hike through the Black necked crane center and drive towards Thimphu via Punakha, in Punakha visit Punakha dzong (majestically located at the junction of the two rivers – Pho chu and Mo chu, meaning male and female river, it was built in 1637AD, and was the capital of Bhutan since 1955 AD) and Short hike to Chimilhakhang (The fertility temple built by the divine mad man) then continue drive towards Thimphu. In Thimphu towards the evening Visit Tashichhodzong, The main government building and the central monk body). O/N at Thimphu.

Day 03: Thimphu – Haa – Paro

After the breakfast in the hotel visit to Memorial Chorten (this stupa was built in 1974 in memory of the late majesty the 3rd king). Weaving Center, Takin Zoo and then drive towards Paro via Haa valley (the westernmost valley of Bhutan sharing its border with Tibet in the north). The drive towards Haa is through the beautiful valley of Jabana and on the way you can also visit Traditional Bhutanese water mill and in Haa, visit 2 monasteries. From Haa to Paro is via Chele-la pass (3890m) overlooking both paro and Haa valley, on a clear weather you can also see snow capped mountains. Further downhill from the pass will enroute to Paro valley. O/N Paro
 
Day 04: Paro Taktshang Monastry Hike And Sightseeing

Early Breakfast in hotel and drive till the hiking point to Taktsang monastery (the monastery perched on the side of a cliff at a height of 900 meter above the Paro Valley), round trip hike to Taktsang monastery is about 3-4 hours from the car point. After returning from Taktsang visit, Lunch in cafeteria at lookout point and visit Kichu Lhakhang (the oldest Buddhist temple) and also Drugyel Dzong (the ruined fort which once defended the valley from Tibetan invasions). Later in the evening drive to visit Farm house to experience and enjoy traditional Bhutanese dinner with the family of Farm house.  O/N in Paro.

Day 05: Departure

After breakfast in the hotel, drive to Airport for the flight onward destination.

Everest Gokyo Ri Trek

Gokyo Ri (5380m) is situated in the Khumbu or Everest region. Everest Gokyo Ri is located on the west side of the Ngozumpa glacier, the largest glacier in Nepal. Gokyo is a tiny settlement of few stone houses. Gokyo Ri is a base hilltop to observe the legendary Himalayas above 8000 meters Mount Everest,  Cho- Oyu, Nuptse and Lhotse.  The remote gokyo valley, greenish-blue lakes festival and moon-scape like glaciers count the Gokyo Ri trek valuable. Namche bazar  then follow the rivers run off from the Ngozumpa glacier to Machhermo.  We will be exploring  a string of cobalt blue lakes in the high mountain Gokyo valley. From Goyko RI a vantage point,  you will explore and be witness yourself of the 360 degree Himalayan panaroma where you observe the magnificence views of the 8000 meters legendray himalayas Mount Everest, Lohste, Nupste, Cho-oyu and Ama dablam.

This trekking route has been designed  for  those trekkers who do not have previous experience of trekking or summit climbing but enormous desire to observe over 8000 meters peaks from the nearest vantage point. This could be a fair challanging trek, trekkers only should have 6-7 hours daily walking  capacity and excellent courage to accomplish something perfectly.
 
 

Royal Trek of Annapurna Foothills

The Royal Trek is considered as one of the famous but easiest treks in Annapurna region which commences and ends at Pokhara. It does not require any experience to do this trek.
