We use domestic flight to reach Lukla airport, Khumbu region which is located in world’s highest elevation …. Meters. Then we step up towards the Namche bazaar, where you can enjoy with the distinctive taste of Sherpa food and interact with the Sherpa ethnic people. Accordingly, we trek up towards the Tyangboche which is famous for Buddhist monastery and get in touch with Sherpa’s distinct settlement and Khumjung village. The trek is a grand introduction bonanza of Sherpa country and its surprise culture with majestic mountain views, so that it has been a popular trek for the first time trekkers in Nepal. In very short time frame, one can explore and complete his/her dream views come true. Day to Day Itinerary
Day 01: Kathmandu arrival 

Arrival at Tribhuwan Int ernational Airport, Kathmandu (1310m/4298ft), meet and greet service by our official representative and transfer to hotel. Check in hotel and get refreshed by the hospitable welcome drinks etc, after that our representative will brief regarding our trekking trip and related information.  Overnight stay in hotel, Kathmandu

Day 02:  Fly to Lukla 

Early morning we transfer you to domestic airport for flight to Lukla (2,810m) . The flight from Kathmandu to Lukla high in the Himalayas is one of the most exciting flights of the world. Within just half an hour you will get you in the tranquil & cool village of Lukla. Then we start trekking to Phakding (2610 meters/ 8563 ft.) for 3 hours. Overnight at guest house in Phakding.

Day 03: Trek to Namche Bazar

From Phakding we ascend 5 hours  to Namche bazar (3,440m). Namche bazar is a local market of the khumbu region where you can interact with the local sherpa people, buddhist monastry and monks. Explore ethnic sherpa life and taste typical food of sherpa tribal. Dinner and overnight at tea house lodge. 

Day 04:  Acclimatizaation at Namchhe 

Rest at Namche Bazar for acclimatization and excursion around the places. Namche is tucked away between two ridges amidst the giant peaks of the Khumbu and has an abundance of lodges, tea shops and souvenir shops as well as a magnificent outlook. It is an ideal place to spend a rest day for acclimatization to the high altitude before heading off towards Tyangboche. For the acclimatization you walk up to Khunde Hospital which was set-up by Sir Edmund Hillary, or a one hour walk up to the Syangboche (3800m.) where Everest View Hotel is situated above Namche for the outstanding view of Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku and Kusum Kangaru. There are also good views from the National Park Centre and Museum just above the town. You can explore beautiful sherpa establishment, get in touch with the pure rural life of Nepal and explore sherpa musuem. Dinner and overnight at tea house lodge.

Day 05: Trek to Thayanboche

After breakfast at hotel we head up to Thayangboche around 5 hours (3860m/12664ft.)  and visit world’s famous buddhist monastry which has been a situated in highest altitude in the world.  Dinner and overnight at tea house lodge.

Day 06: Trek to Khumjung Village

After having breakfast, we trek towards Khumjung village (3789m). The views of Everest,  Ama Dablam ,Kwangde (6187m), Tawachee (6542m), , Nuptse, Lhotse (8501m), , Kantega and Thamserku are excellent from this part of the trek.  Through the walk we enjoy the superb scenery of the beautiful Mountains till reaching Khumjung. Here we can visit Khunde Hospital running by Sir Edmund Hillary of Canadian foundation, which is the biggest hospital in Khumbu region. You have time to explore the surrounding area as visit Hillary school and Monastery with Yeti scalps and enjoy the beauty with Sherpa people. Over night at Khumjung

Day 07: Trek down to Phakding

After breakfast trek down to Namche , a color full center of Sherpa community, after that continue trek down to Phakding (2652m). Phakding is a tiny village & lies in the Dudh Kosi river valley just north of Lukla and south of Monjo. It is situated at an altitude of 2,610 m. And it is also one of the UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1979. Dinner and overnight at guest house.

Day 08: Trek to Lukla

After taking breakfast in Phakding we trek short to Lukla . After we arrive, we have enough time to explore Lukla. We also take rest & enjoy the success of our trip. Overnight in a lodge

Day 09: Fly to Kathmandu & Day free

You can have early morning breakfast and ready to fly back to Kathmandu. You enjoy the fantastic views of the mountains during your morning flight if the weather is clear. It is also adventurous & memorable flight to you. Remaining, you will have a free day. You can enjoy your time with shopping & other creational activities.  There are plenty of shops in Kathmandu. You can enjoy visiting Thamel area & purchase the souvenirs for your   family members & the friends in abroad.  Dinner & overnights at hotel in Kathmandu.Get ready for an early morning flight to Kathmandu. Then transfer to hotel, you can relax for couple of hours and overnight at hotel.

Day 10: Full day sightseeing in Kathmandu

After taking breakfast at hotel your full day city sightseeing starts from around Boudhanath, Pashupatinath Swayambhunath & Kathmandu Durbar Square. These places are very much famous in Nepal with their own religious & cultural norms.  You really will enjoy these places. Boudhanath & Swambhunath are famous Buddhist stupas. Pashupatinath is famous for numerous hindus temples & Lord Shiva, itself. You can be a witness of the sacred Hindu Cremation done at the edge of Bagmati River.  In Durbar Square you can see numerous pagoda style temples, Living goddess kumari temple, Kal bhairab and Shiva Parbati Temple. Except these, they all are listed in UNESCO for their uniqueness. Lunch will be provided at Boudhhanath. From Swayambhunath you can see the total Kathmandu Valley. Transfer to hotel and overnight.

Day 11: Departure

Breakfast at hotel then you are free until you departure to airport for onward Journey or you can contact Outlook Nepal tours and travels, we assist you to maximize the utility if your time and budget.

Everest Gokyo Ri Trek

Gokyo Ri (5380m) is situated in the Khumbu or Everest region. Everest Gokyo Ri is located on the west side of the Ngozumpa glacier, the largest glacier in Nepal. Gokyo is a tiny settlement of few stone houses. Gokyo Ri is a base hilltop to observe the legendary Himalayas above 8000 meters Mount Everest,  Cho- Oyu, Nuptse and Lhotse.  The remote gokyo valley, greenish-blue lakes festival and moon-scape like glaciers count the Gokyo Ri trek valuable. Namche bazar  then follow the rivers run off from the Ngozumpa glacier to Machhermo.  We will be exploring  a string of cobalt blue lakes in the high mountain Gokyo valley. From Goyko RI a vantage point,  you will explore and be witness yourself of the 360 degree Himalayan panaroma where you observe the magnificence views of the 8000 meters legendray himalayas Mount Everest, Lohste, Nupste, Cho-oyu and Ama dablam.

This trekking route has been designed  for  those trekkers who do not have previous experience of trekking or summit climbing but enormous desire to observe over 8000 meters peaks from the nearest vantage point. This could be a fair challanging trek, trekkers only should have 6-7 hours daily walking  capacity and excellent courage to accomplish something perfectly.

Royal Trek of Annapurna Foothills
