For those who accept the most challenging trek, Manaslu region is very preferable .It is physically challenging trek as it involves trekking to some of the toughest trail in the Himalayan region. The trek is geographically spectacular and culturally fascinating. The inhabitants of the upper Budhi Gandaki, a region known as Nupri ('the western mountains'), are direct descendants of Tibetan immigrants. Their speech, dress and customs are almost exclusively Tibetan.

Day to Day Itinerary
Day 01: Kathmandu arrival / Airport pickup / Hotel transfer & refreshment / Program Briefing / O/N at hotel 

On your arrival at Tribhuwan International airport (1,300m/4,264 ft), meet Outlook representative and greet service and transfer to hotel. Get refreshed well and evening, we especially welcome you by typical Nepali cuisine dinner with ethnic cultural program. Return to hotel and overnight.

Day 02:  Full day Kathmandu valley Sightseeing /trip briefing / O/N at hotel
After taking breakfast at hotel your full day city sightseeing starts from around Boudhanath, Pashupatinath Swayambhunath & Kathmandu Durbar Square. These places are very much famous in Nepal with their own religious & cultural norms.  You really will enjoy these places. Boudhanath & Swambhunath are famous Buddhist stupas. Pashupatinath is famous for numerous hindus temples & Lord Shiva, itself. You can be a witness of the sacred Hindu Cremation done at the edge of Bagmati River.  In Durbar Square you can see numerous pagoda style temples, Living goddess kumari temple, Kal bhairab and Shiva Parbati Temple. Except these, they all are listed in UNESCO for their uniqueness. Lunch will be provided at Boudhhanath. From Swayambhunath you can see the total Kathmandu Valley. Evening pre-trip discussion and introduce with our fellow trekking staff for your adventure trip. Rest of the day is free. Dinner at hotel and stay overnight.

Day 03: Drive to Arughat Bazaar (570m)

You take seven hours drive to Arughat Bazaar through the most important historical town of Nepal, Gorkha & its main bazaar. Gorkha is situated at 140km west of Kathmandu at an altitude of 1,135 meter.It is the ancestral hometown of the Nepal’s ruling royal family. Overnight stay at camp near Arughat Bazzar.

Day 04: Trek to Soti Khola (530m) 

It is the first day of our trekking. Trek about six to seven hours to Soti Khola. To reach Soti Khola, the trail fluctuates uphill and downhill through forest of Sal, Chilaune and other local vegetation. The walk is really refreshing & memorable on the trail . Soti Khola is a village at the bank of Budhi Gandaki. The swimming spot is near to this. Overnight stay at camp in Soti Khola.

Day 05: Trek to Machha Khola (890m.)

Trek about six to seven hours to Machha Khola through forest, villages, streams, eye catching waterfalls and green valleys. It is a beautiful village situated above the river Machha Khola .The village is mainly covered by Mongolian people. Overnight stay at camp in Machha Khola village.

Day 06: Trek to Jagat (1350m.)

From Machha Khola we trek about six to seven hours to Jagat .On the way we pass through the Tatopani & Dovan. Tatopani is famous for natural hot spring. Most of the trekkers enjoy at the place.  Overnight stay at camp in Jagat.

Day 07: Trek from Jagat to Philim (1700m.)

Today we walk about three hours uphill through the beautiful farming terrace of potato & beans. We enjoy a short hiking to reach Philim. We stay overnight at tented camp in Philim.

Day 08: Trek to Deng (2095m.)

Trek about six hours to Deng. Deng is famous for its potatoes, buck wheat, barley, wheat, cabbage and spinach as people are mostly involved in agriculture in this area. Overnight stay at camp in Deng.
Day 09: Trek Deng to Namrung (2900m.) 

Today we trek about five hours to Namrung. From this place you can enjoy the spectacular view of Manaslu.On the way, you trek through the jungle, rock hills, green valley & the ridges. Namrung is a Buddhist village so you can also see some monasteries there. Monasteries   . We can see the houses quite typical as similar to Tibetan architecture.  Overnight stay at camp in Namrung.

Day 10: Trek to Lhogaon (3100m.)

Trek about four hours to Lhogaon. During the trek you can catch panoramic views of Mt. Manaslu, Gorkha Himal, Dwijen Himal, Saula Himal, Lajing peak and others from Lho Gaon. On the way to Lhogaon you pass various mani walls, chortens , prayer flags & the monasteries . While walking, you also cross the vegetation of oat, barley, potatoes, & buck wheat.  Overnight stay at camp in Lhogaon.

Day 11: Trek to Samagaon (3390m.)

After you cross the Lhogaon Village today you trek about four hours to reach to Samagaon. It is our trek destination for today. While walking, the same scenic path you follow on the trek. It is wide open valley & excitingly beautiful with the views of Manaslu. Overnight stay at camp in Samagaon.

Day 12: Rest day at Samagaon for acclimatization.

Today you take full day rest at Samagaon for acclimatization. You can use the day by taking photographs, talking with the people & with certain relax stay for booting you up to the further walk of next day .Overnight Stay at same camp.

Day 13: Trek to Samdo (3690m.)

You trek about four hours to Samdo through the desert & the windy valley. It is very near with the Tibetan border but we are not permitted to cross the border so we enjoy the supper view of Manaslu & other nearby areas from here. Overnight Stay at camp in Samdo.

Day 14: Trek to Larkya La Phedi (4460m.)

You trek about three hours to Larkya La Phedi through the rocky & curvy trail. On the way you can see a small market named Larkya Bazaar where people sell the goods brought from Tibet .  Overnight stay at camp in Larkya La Phedi.

Day 15: Trek to Larkya La (Pass) (5135m.) & trek to Bimthang (3590 m.) 

Today you trek about seven hours to Larkya La (Pass) to Bimthang. The way is rocky & as you reach on the top you can enjoy the stunning views of Larkya peak , Manalu & various other mountains & peaks. While getting down to Bimthang valley you cross the trail with rock & ice. Overnight stay at camp in Bimthang.

Day 16: Trek from Bimthang to Dharapani (1860m.) 

From Bimthang you trek about four hours to Dharapani.  During the trek you descend down through rivers, rhododendron forest, streams, high pasture land  & narrow valley . Overnight stay at camp in Dharapani.

Day 17: Trek to Jagat (1800m)

Trek about six hours to Jagat, a stone village situated on a shelf that juts into the steep Marsyangdi valley. During the walk through green hills you go being the bank of Dudh River & Marshyangdi River, Overnight stay at camp or tea house (lodge) in Jagat.

Day 18: Trek to Nagdi (850m.)

Trek four hours to Nagdi through a very beautiful surrounding. Nagdi is a Gurung village and the local lodges are run by people who have migrated from Manang and other places. Overnight stay at camp in Nagdi.

Day 19: Trek back to Besishahar (823m) 

From Nagdi, today, we trek about four hours to Besishahar through the villages, terraces, ridges and sometimes even crossing small streams.  From here, you can see some of mountain peaks, natural sceneries surrounding the valley and the daily activities of local people.  Overnight stay at camp or tea house ( lodge ) in Beshishahar.

Day 20: Drive to Kathmandu

Drive about seven hours back to Kathmandu through the same greenery road. Enjoying the splendid views of green hills, mountains, farming terraces and villages at both sides of road. After arrival you can take rest. Overnight stay at hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 21: Day free

Today you will have a free day to you. You can enjoy your time with shopping & other creational activities.  There are plenty of shops in Kathmandu. You can enjoy visiting Thamel area & purchase the souvenirs for your   family members & the friends in abroad.  Dinner & overnights at hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 22: Departure

Breakfast at hotel and be prepared for departure, you are free until transfer to onward journey or you can contact Outlook Nepal Tours and Travels for other holiday program and activities.

Everest Gokyo Ri Trek

Gokyo Ri (5380m) is situated in the Khumbu or Everest region. Everest Gokyo Ri is located on the west side of the Ngozumpa glacier, the largest glacier in Nepal. Gokyo is a tiny settlement of few stone houses. Gokyo Ri is a base hilltop to observe the legendary Himalayas above 8000 meters Mount Everest,  Cho- Oyu, Nuptse and Lhotse.  The remote gokyo valley, greenish-blue lakes festival and moon-scape like glaciers count the Gokyo Ri trek valuable. Namche bazar  then follow the rivers run off from the Ngozumpa glacier to Machhermo.  We will be exploring  a string of cobalt blue lakes in the high mountain Gokyo valley. From Goyko RI a vantage point,  you will explore and be witness yourself of the 360 degree Himalayan panaroma where you observe the magnificence views of the 8000 meters legendray himalayas Mount Everest, Lohste, Nupste, Cho-oyu and Ama dablam.

This trekking route has been designed  for  those trekkers who do not have previous experience of trekking or summit climbing but enormous desire to observe over 8000 meters peaks from the nearest vantage point. This could be a fair challanging trek, trekkers only should have 6-7 hours daily walking  capacity and excellent courage to accomplish something perfectly.

Royal Trek of Annapurna Foothills
